Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine beside it. This brief runs the same playbook on supplements: a creator roster, a claims sheet, losers killed early. I have not run this category, so the claims sheet and the category rules come before the first camera turns on.

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, target $1. The simulator reads $5.74 today, so the first weeks close that gap before we chase reach.

  2. One variable per test

Each batch of the 7 weekly videos changes one thing: hook, product or opening shot. Losers killed early, winners enter the hook library.

  3. Claims sheet before camera

Creators quote only lines copied from your own pages. Anything else goes to the claims channel and gets an answer before filming.

  4. Pay for pace, bonus for breakouts

Base pay covers the 7 weekly videos. The $50 flat bonus pays only past 100,000 views, once per creator per month.

Part 4 of 15, continued

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. ReneeMon 8:30 AM

This week: Meno-Chill and Once a Day Gummies. One hook each, one variable per test, seven videos per creator. The claims sheet is pinned in #claims-check.

  2. TashaMon 9:10 AM

Can I say Meno-Chill helps with hot flashes in my opener?

Use only the product line: Menopause Relief Made Simple. No symptoms promised, no outcomes. Show the pack and read the label.

  3. ReneeWed 11:00 AM

Draft back to Marcus: the opening says Dream Girl Sleep fixes your nights. Cut that line, show the box and the $24.99 price instead. Re-send today.

  4. TashaThu 2:40 PM

The Zero Nasties video just passed 100,000 views. All organic, no boost on my side.

Logged. The $50 flat bonus counts once this month. Sending the clip to the paid test list.

  5. Claims botAppFri 10:00 AM

Check: one draft mentions a health outcome. Held before posting. A video that breaks the claims sheet earns no bonus.

  6. Report botAppFri 5:00 PM

Weekly report ready: videos live, views per format, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, and the hooks to keep.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Meno-Chill explainer

    Brief 01

    Meno-Chill explainer

    “Menopause Relief Made Simple”

Talking head at a bathroom shelf, pack in hand. Read the label aloud. No symptom promises.

  2. Zero Nasties routine

    Brief 02

    Zero Nasties routine

    “Zero Nasties”

Morning routine shot: kitchen counter, Once a Day Gummies, label close-up on the free-from list.

  3. Beauty Bundle routine

    Brief 03

    Beauty Bundle routine

“The deepest beauty routine in the BGV catalog.”

Unbox the bundle on a vanity. One product per cut, price on screen at the end.

  4. Bundle and save shelf

    Brief 04

    Bundle and save shelf

    “Bundle & Save”

Cabinet tour: place Complete Wellness Essentials on the shelf, show what is in the box.

  5. Gut Health Essentials morning

    Brief 05

    Gut Health Essentials morning

    “Stop feeling bloated and uncomfortable.”

Breakfast prep with the pack in frame. Hook in the first seconds, no outcome promised on camera.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $55.”, “Our gummies are free of artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, dairy, and high fructose corn syrup. They are Halal Certified and Vegan friendly.”, “Pineapple-coconut flavor. No stimulants. No crash.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Existing customers

Buyers of Once a Day Gummies or Meno-Chill who already post their routine. Ask by direct message, product first, brief second.

  • Shop By Benefit lanes

Your pages group products as Hair & Beauty, Energy & Fatigue and Hormone & Cycle Support. We recruit one creator type per lane.

  • Small wellness creators

Routine, unboxing and shelf-tour creators with small, loyal audiences and a steady weekly pace.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

An affiliate or ambassador page was not found on the site, so recruiting starts with direct outreach and a one-page brief.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Routine on camera

Already shows a daily supplement routine without being asked.

  2. 2Claims discipline

Reads the claims sheet and asks in the claims channel before health lines.

  3. 3Hook sense

Opens on one clear hook in the first seconds. Sample reel required.

  4. 4Weekly pace

Can ship 7 videos per week through the ramp without dropping quality.

  5. 5Organic pull

Videos earn views on their own. The bonus only counts organic views.

Part 7 of 15

Who we pick

  • Perimenopause diarist

Talks openly about life in midlife and reads only the product wording on screen.

    Likely product: Peri Meno-Chill

  • Night routine creator

Calm, bedside style. Shows the box and the price, never promises sleep results.

    Likely product: Dream Girl Sleep

  • Strength training woman

Films her gym bag and daily powder routine, plain voice, no comparisons.

    Likely product: Creatine Powder

  • Hair and beauty routine

Vanity shelf videos, one product per cut, honest about her own routine.

Likely product: Hair, Skin & Nails

  • Gut and meal-prep creator

Breakfast and kitchen content where the pack sits in frame next to the food.

    Likely product: Gut Health Essentials

  • Busy mom, one gummy a day

Morning-rush storytelling, short clips, the gummy as part of the routine.

Likely product: Once a Day Gummies

Left off, every time

Always out: doctors, nurses or anyone posing as medical authority; anyone promising a health result; minors; creators who compare against other brands; anyone who will not follow the claims sheet. Supplement rule: no disease talk, no outcome promises.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $55.”

Bundle and haul videos, closing line or caption.

  • “Our gummies are free of artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, dairy, and high fructose corn syrup. They are Halal Certified and Vegan friendly.”

Gummy routine videos, read from the label shot.

  • “Pineapple-coconut flavor. No stimulants. No crash.”

Vitamin B12 Complex Drops taste and routine clips.

  • “Each gummy provides 2000IU (50mcg) of Vitamin D3 in delightful peach, mango, and strawberry flavors.”

    Vitamin D3 and K2 gummy close-ups.

  • “SUBSCRIBE & SAVE 15%”

Routine videos that end on the next step.

  • “The deepest beauty routine in the BGV catalog.”

Beauty Bundle unboxing and vanity videos.

  • “Menopause Relief Made Simple”

Meno-Chill opener, said as the product line only.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Meno-Chill stops hot flashes or ends menopause symptoms

Health outcome. Creators repeat only the product line, never a promised result.

  • PCOS RELIEF fixes irregular cycles

Outcome promise about a medical condition. Not on any claims line.

  • GLP-1 Support Essentials makes you lose weight

Weight result promised from a product name. No such line exists.

  • Vitamin D3 fixes your deficiency

Turns a stat into a personal result. Creators do not diagnose.

  • You can stop your medication and take this instead

Medical advice. Never allowed, in any format.

  • Better than other brands

Comparison with no support on the pages.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • 4.9/5 ONE MILLION CUSTOMERS

Another badge on the pages reads 50,000 Healthier Queens. Confirm which count creators may quote.

  • Vitamin D - 82% of black women are deficient

A statistic, not a product claim. Confirm the source before any creator uses it.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: new creators on a shorter base and a lower cap while they learn the claims sheet.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: creators who hold the weekly pace and keep every claim clean.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: creators whose videos carry a hook we can reuse in paid.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, flat, never stacked.
  • Paid per video: only a single video past 100,000 views earns it.
  • Organic views only. Boosted or paid views do not count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the supplement rules.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Reading the sliders: 303 videos reach 1.8M views at a cost of $10,050, so $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. Either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

  2. Month 1

    Ten creators posting

7 videos per creator per week, one variable per test. Losers killed early; first hooks enter the hook library.

  3. Month 2

    Bands move on pace

Creators move bands on pace and clean claims. The $50 flat bonus shows which hooks break past 100,000 views.

  4. Month 3

    Winners go to paid

Top organic videos are tested in paid. 303 creator videos a month keep the hook library fed.

  5. Day 90

    Decision day

Cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. The simulator reads $5.74 today, so we keep, cut or reshape the roster.

Part 14 of 15

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Organic first

Every video posts on the creator's own account. We read views and hook before any spend.

  2. Flag the breakouts

Videos past 100,000 views, or clearly ahead of the format median, go to the test list.

  3. Paid test

With the creator's yes, the clip runs as an ad. One variable per test: hook, product or ending.

  4. Scale or kill

Hold the cost target. Winners get more budget, losers are killed early.

From the video to the checkout

  • Bundle videos end on Bundle & Save and the free shipping line for orders over $55.
  • Routine videos point to SUBSCRIBE & SAVE 15%.
  • Complete Wellness Essentials is the headline bundle at $75.00.
  • Gut Health Essentials at $45.00 is the destination for the gut format.
  • Single-product videos link to that product page, never the home page.

Part 15 of 15

Supplement rules

Supplement rules for every creator

These six rules sit above every brief. A video that breaks one is pulled and earns no bonus.

  • The brand's own words only

Quote lines from the claims sheet. Anything else is asked in the claims channel and answered before filming.

  • No health outcomes

No promised results on Meno-Chill, PCOS RELIEF, Dream Girl Sleep or GLP-1 Support Essentials. Show the pack, read the label, stop there.

  • No diagnosing

Creators never say what a viewer has or lacks. Deficiency statistics stay off camera until confirmed.

  • Label and usage as printed

Dosage and usage are read exactly as on the pack, for example two gummies a day for Iron Gummies. No personal tweaks.

  • Say it is a partnership

Every paid video carries the platform's partnership label in plain sight, on the caption and on screen.

  • No medical advice

No stopping medication, no replacing a doctor, no advice on pregnancy or Prenatal. Send viewers to their clinician.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
